The GOOS Webinar Series is a monthly opportunity
to hear about activities and topics of interest to the GOOS community and to
interact with the speaker. The Webinars are presented using a visual
conferencing tool which allows viewers to interact with the speaker through a
chat window.

Visual Component of the Conference: At the time of the conference
click on the link below - or paste it into your browser.
Please note: if you are a first time user of
AdobeConnect you will be prompted by the system to allow for the installation
of a client to your desktop – once you agree this will take only a minute.
Login: Provide your name and affiliation
as prompted
How to interact: After a brief
introduction the session will be led by the featured presenter. Once the
presentation has concluded, the moderator will coordinate a question and answer
period. As time permits your questions will be addressed and comments welcomed
via the conference platform chat function. If you are unable to attend the
session a recorded version will be made available.

• Moderator introductions and overview (5 min)
• Presentation (30 min)
• Questions and comments via conference platform chat room (20 min)
• Moderator close and overview of next session and topic (5 min)
