Applications Invited: NF-POGO CofE-AWI

Dear Colleagues, Friends, and/or Alumni of NF-POGO CofE,

The NF-POGO Centre of Excellence in Observational Oceanography atAWI 
is now open for applications.

The tentative start date for the program is early October 2015; the 
program will run for 10 months.

Applications are invited from trainees from emerging and developed 
countries with at least a bachelor's degree in science in a field 
related to Observational Oceanography.

An application form for the CofE is attached.The attached flyer 
contains more details about the program (e.g., course details, the 
application process, etc.).

Please feel free to forward this information to your colleagues who 
mayfind the CofE at AWI of interest.  Alternatively, please feel free 
to post the attached announcement of the new CofE at AWI on your 
website or, if appropriate, print the flyer and hand it out to 
prospective students.

*_The deadline for applications is 15 March 2015_*.

Please note, the NF-POGO CofE-AWI Year 3 Programme must be considered 
as ‘tentative’, pending approval of the budget, generously provided by 
the Nippon Foundation.
